OUR APPROACH

Our Approach to Every Project

Projects are planned, permitted, and executed to industry and local standards. We confirm utility locates, select the right installation method, and document results at closeout. Schedules and budgets are managed against agreed milestones. Current work includes multi-year programs with five long-term projects and several short-bid jobs.

GEOGRAPHIC REACH

Multi-State Operations

Operating across eight states with consistent standards and proven methodologies. Our teams understand regional requirements while maintaining uniform quality across all markets.

Coverage Areas

  • Missouri
  • Minnesota
  • Texas
  • Colorado
  • Arizona
  • Kansas

WHY FUSION

Built for Complex Projects

Field crews and PMs handle carrier expansions, municipal work, and data center connectivity with defined scope, schedule, and quality controls. References are available across fiber optics, water, and electric sectors.

Core Differentiators

  • Telecommunications Networks: Fiber construction for carriers and service providers
  • Data Centers: Diversity routes, cross-connects, and turn-ups
  • Municipal Infrastructure: City networks and public safety systems
  • Rural Broadband: Federal grant projects and remote-area connectivity

ADVANCED CAPABILITIES

Our Technical Approach

Every build is planned and permitted, then installed using directional boring, trenching, or plowing as the route requires. Crews run directional drill rigs, mini excavators, vac trailers, a vac truck, trencher, and plow. Splicing is completed with fusion splicers and verified with OTDRs and power meters; results are logged and delivered at closeout. Safety remains the baseline—zero lost-time accidents to date. We support emergency and after-hours calls, and job sites are cleaned and restored at completion.

Safety Standards

Safety is the baseline on every FTS project. Work is planned and permitted to industry and local standards; utility locates are confirmed before excavation. Based on route conditions, crews select the lowest-impact method, such as directional boring, trenching, or plowing. Job sites are kept orderly, cleaned, and restored at completion, supporting a record of zero lost-time accidents to date, and all work aligns with local permitting requirements.
